It’s almost summertime!
Well, not really. But, it is time to start planning for summer music camps!
Summer music camps at Asheville Music School are a great way to begin your musical journey, enhance your skills, or even try a new instrument. We have camps for ages 4-18 – Rock and Pop Music Camps, Ukulele Camp, Song Circle Voice Camp, Appalachian Music, and even a Harry Potter-themed strings camp. Students will learn music in a fun, supportive, team-oriented environment in small or large groups. Cost: $195-$360. Discounts available for siblings and AMS members. June 12-16: Appalachian Music Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 7-15, for acoustic string instruments
June 12-16: Teen Pop Rock Camp, 9am-4pm, Ages 12-18, some experience helpful
June 19-23: Pre-teen Pop Rock Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 9-13, some experience helpful, but not mandatory
June 19-23: Ukulele Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 7-10, instrument required
June 26-30: Rock Camp, 9am-4pm, Ages 10-18, some experience helpful
July 10-14: Music Explorations, Two sessions: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm, Ages 4-6
July 17-21: Song Circle Voice Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 8-11
July 24-28: Harry Potter-themed Beginner Strings Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 4-8, instrument required
July 31-Aug 4: Harry Potter-themed Strings Camp, 9am-4pm, Ages 5-12, instrument required
Aug 7-11: Open Jam Camp, 9am-12pm, Ages 9-16, instrument required
